Where are Boho + Luxe products made?

All our products are hand made in Indonesia using local materials and are ethically sourced ensuring that a fair price is paid for all goods. Many of our suppliers are family owned and run businesses.

What methods of payment does the website accept?

Methods of payment accepted on the Boho + Luxe website are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. You can also use your Boho + Luxe gift voucher.  We do not accept cash, cheque, money order or traveller’s cheques.

Does Boho + Luxe have a warranty?

The products are made using fine quality materials and have different life-spans.  These are seasonal products, meaning they should have an approximate 6 month lifespan. Should your item not meet your expectations, please note the following guidelines for return/exchange.  Note that you must show proof of purchase.

Boho + Luxe will within the first 6 months of purchase:

1.  Repair the item, where possible

2.  Replace the item with the same item subject to availability

3.  Offer a refund if options 1 and 2 are not possible

Boho + Luxe does not cover items which have not been cared for. We do not cover items damaged through wear and tear, or from contact with liquids or heat.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately our online store is unable to process orders over the phone. If you experience any problems placing your online order, please contact us via our contact page.

Can I change my online order once I have placed it?

Once you have paid for your order it is processed in our system and we try to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Completed orders cannot be altered by you online, so please contact Boho + Luxe via our contact page and we will make manual changes for you.

Note: changes to your order may affect the expected delivery times.

What if I receive the wrong item in my delivery?

Our apologies!  If you find an incorrect item in your delivery purchased online, we will pay for the postage costs to return the goods. Please contact Boho + Luxe via our contact page so that we can help you.
